" A most attractive stone cottage with period features and occupying a delightful situation not far from the sea.

SUMMARY
This pretty two bedroom stone cottage offers beautifully presented accommodation and has much character and charm. Worthy of particular mention is the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, which is of an excellent size and has oak flooring, as well as a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. The kitchen area is well fitted with polished granite worksurfaces and integrated appliances and off of the living room is a small balcony.

DIRECTIONS
From Sidmouth follow the A3052 (Exeter-Lyme Regis road) towards Lyme Regis, passing the turnings to the right for the Donkey Sanctuary and Oakmead Caravan Park.
