" A pretty detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac position close to a local shop and Hopper bus stop. The property has a particularly good sized, private rear garden and a large conservatory which was added in recent years. The accommodation also comprises two double bedrooms, small but attractively re-fitted kitchen, dining room, lounge and re-fitted bathroom. Outside, there is an open plan garden to the front with driveway parking for two vehicles and a garage. The rear garden is very private having a long Devon hedge to the main boundary and fencing either side. It is mainly laid to lawn with some raised planting beds and mature shrubs, a secluded patio and an area for clothes drying etc. In recent years, many improvements have been made including re-fitted bathroom and kitchen, some new uPVC double glazing, and erection of a large conservatory.
