SITUATION 109 Harepath Road is situated in a convenient position, within walking distance of Seaton town centre and beach with numerous shops, schools and recreational facilities that satisfy all day-to-day needs. 2 miles to the north and within easy reach of the property is the small town of Colyton, with its highly regarded grammar school. There are numerous other towns in the area, most notably Lyme Regis, 7 miles to the east, Sidmouth, 8 miles to the west, Axminster 5 miles to the north and Honiton 10 miles to the north west - all with shops, schooling and recreational facilities.
  The popular fishing village of Beer is just over a mile to the west. Honiton and Axminster both benefit from main line railway stations on the London Waterloo line. Exeter, around 17 miles distant, offers the widest range of facilities with access onto the M5 motorway, train lines on both the Waterloo and Paddington lines and an international airport, as well as a comprehensive of educational and cultural facilities.
