An opportunity to purchase this delightful 3 bedroom detached period cottage. The property offers charm and character and is set in a beautiful position within the much favoured village of West Hill.

The accommodation comprises an entrance porch, entrance hall, lounge with feature fireplace, separate dining room, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor while the first floor is accessed via two staircases. One from the dining room which leads to the master bedroom with en-suite while the other staircase rises from the entrance hall and leads to bedrooms 2, 3 and family bathroom. There are lovely views to the rear over open fields and the property also has oil fired central heating. Viewing is strongly recommended.

Directions
From Ottery St Mary proceed via Mill Street over the river and turn left on to Strawberry Lane signposted West Hill. Go past the Garage on your right and take the second right on to Bendarroch Road. Continue up the road and the drive to the property can be found on the right hand side opposite School Lane.


Location
The East Devon village of West Hill is well known for its mixture of individual properties in its lovely wooded landscape. The beautiful Cathedral City of Exeter is situated approximately 11 miles to the West. West Hill offers a number of amenities. These include a church, village grocery store, containing a butcher, baker, Post Office, Off Licence, newsagents, village hall and excellent Primary School with it's outstanding OFSTED. There is also a regular bus service to Ottery St Mary and Exeter. "
