" Taleford is a rural hamlet just a mile outside Ottery St Mary, within a short distance of the A30 dual carriageway with quick access to Honiton/Exeter and beyond, surrounded by open countryside with lovely far reaching views. The property lends itself as a comfortable family home and is within the renowned Kings School catchment area.

Number two has been subject to major improvements and extensions over the years, creating a deceptively spacious home. The well proportioned accommodation briefly comprises: entrance hall, sitting room with feature fireplace (wood burning stove) and pleasant views. There is a kitchen/breakfast room which is fitted with a range of cupboards and drawers both at base and eye level whilst allowing plenty of room for a family sized dining table and chairs.
