" Chineway Gardens is a mature and desirable area on the Eastern side of town but is within walking distance of the excellent Primary school and the town centre with its range of independent shops and supermarket. The A30 dual carriageway is also in easy reach providing swift access to the Cathedral city of Exeter, M5 and the coast.
