" Grandisson Drive is a desirable and mature cul-de-sac, conveniently situated on the edge of town giving easy access into the town centre as well as the highly regarded primary school. The A30 dual carriageway is also within easy reach providing swift access to the Cathedral City of Exeter, M5 and the coast.

The property itself enjoys well-proportioned, light and airy accommodation, briefly comprising large reception hall with utility area and attractive oak-effect flooring which continues through into the spacious kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of contemporary white-fronted cupboards and drawers, both at base and eye-level, enhanced by solid timber worktops. There is plenty of room for a family sized dining table and chairs and there are pleasant garden outlooks.
