" Homefield Close is a mature residential area conveniently situated close to the heart of the town within walking distance of the town centre with a range of amenities including independent shops and supermarket. The A30 dual carriageway is easily accessible providing swift access to the Cathedral city of Exeter, M5 and the coast.

The property itself enjoys well-proportioned accommodation briefly comprising; reception hall leading to the spacious sitting roomdining room with a feature focal fireplace and french doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of fitted traditional oak effect base and wall units with some integrated appliances and space for a modern cooker. There are two double bedrooms and a spacious shower room with a large walk-in shower cubicle.
