This two bedroom detached bungalow occupies a corner site in a popular cul-de-sac approximately one and three quarter miles from the town centre and seafront.

This attractive bungalow, typical of its period, has the benefit of gas fired central heating (boiler 2007) and all the windows, except the kitchen, have been replaced with uPVC double glazed units, including a sun room to the rear of the property which takes advantage of the southerly aspect and panoramic views.
