This 1950s detached bungalow occupies a sought after position in a popular residential cul-de-sac off Sid Road.

From the Sidmouth office continue up the High Street and straight over the mini-roundabout. Turn right opposite the Radway Cinema into Salcombe Road and continue, passing over the bridge and following the road around to the left. Continue, passing the Hunters Moon Hotel on the left hand side and continue for a further quarter of a mile, passing Greenmount on the right hand side. Take the next turning on the left into Sidcliffe and the property will then be seen a little way along on the left hand side.
