" An attractive bay fronted terraced house with two bedrooms, situated in a convenient position in this sought after seaside town.


South Lawn is situated close to the centre of Sidford and within two miles of Sidmouth's town centre and sea front. There are a wide range of amenities within a level walk, which include a Health Centre, Pharmacy, Post Office, popular Public Houses and a Restaurant. The terrace is also close to the entrance to 'The Byes' riverside walk and cycle path, which offers an attractive route to Sidmouth College and onto Sidmouth town.
