This attractive detached bungalow occupies a level site and is within a stone's throw of The Byes, a delightful riverside walk and cycle track leading to Sidmouth town centre. Within half a mile there are local amenities within both Woolbrook and Sidford and within a short walk there are regular bus services to the surrounding area.
