" A modernised and well presented semi-detached cottage situated in the centre of this popular East Devon Village.


The subject of considerable improvement by the current owner, this semi-detached cottage is now presented in very good order, with modern fixtures and fittings. The accommodation offers a sitting room with log burner and an excellent kitchen/dining room, with three bedrooms and a quality shower room on the first floor. Although very much up to date the property retains a charm and character, in part due to deep window sills, the sitting room's fireplace with log burner and timber panel doors with latches.


To the rear of the cottage is a very good size garden having some excellent views, as well as a good size timber summer house/workshop which could equally be a home office. Sidbury is a charming village which lies some four miles from the centre of Sidmouth and is well placed for commuter access towards Honiton, with its direct motorway connection to Exeter.
