2 Brookside Cottages occupies a level position within the centre of this popular East Devon village. Colaton Raleigh is surrounded by some beautiful countryside and there are some lovely walks nearby, particularly along the River Otter. There is a Village Store which offers day to day needs and there is the Otter Inn Public House. The popular coastal towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth are within a short drive and both offer an excellent range of amenities.


This semi-detached thatched cottage offers two bedroom accommodation arranged over two floors and is now in need of renovation. To the rear of the cottage there is an area of garden which has a pedestrian right of way over the neighbouring property.

DIRECTIONS
Leave the Sidmouth office and proceed up the High Street. Leave Sidmouth by any of the major routes and on meeting the A3052 (Exeter-Lyme Regis road) turn left, signposted Exeter. Continue through Newton Poppleford and at the roundabout turn left, signposted Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. Continue into the village of Colaton Raleigh, taking the first turning on the left, which is Church Road, and the cottage will be seen a little way along on the left hand side.
