" Coombe Vale is situated in an enviable location on the edge of this thriving village benefiting from an idyllic rural setting yet village amenities are easily accessible including a highly regarded Primary School, award winning pub/restaurant and recreational parks and country walks. The regency town of Sidmouth and the thriving market town of Ottery St Mary are equal distance both offering individual excellent amenities within a few minutes' drive.

The property itself enjoys well proportioned, light and airy accommodation briefly comprising; reception hall with cloakroom w/c and a walk in storage space. The kitchen/dining room is a lovely size room with an extensive range of timber effect cupboards and drawers both at base and eye level whilst allowing space for modern appliances and plenty of room for a large family sized dining table and chairs.
