Numerous benefits include a large reception room, kitchen in excess of 17’, downstairs cloakroom and a well maintained rear garden. Willinghall Close is located off of Parklands, within walking distance of Waltham Abbey’s town centre. Access to the property is gained via the neat front garden and also has an area for off street parking.

As you step inside you immediately notice the high standard to which the current owners have kept their home. The large kitchen diner spans the width to the front of the house and provides a great area for entertaining.
