Bailielands is a much sought after leafy, residential area on the outskirts of Linlithgow . It is in catchment for the highly regarded Springfield Primary School and is close to local amenities.

Linlithgow is a historic Royal Burgh about 20 miles from Edinburgh and under an hour from Glasgow by train or car. It was the birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots and the preserved ruins of the Royal Palace can be visited on the picturesque shores of Linlithgow Loch.
