" With a picturesque rural setting in the hamlet of Blyth Bridge approx 23 miles south west of Edinburgh this lovely, 2 bed bungalow combines modern living in a property with a scenic setting. The accommodation comprises: Entrance Vestibule, Hallway, Lounge, Dining Kitchen, 2 double Bedrooms (1 with En-suite), Utility area, Gardens and integral Garage.Entering from the front of the property the Vestibule is a useful area with space for coats and boots and leads to the Hallway which gives access to all accommodation plus two spacious storage cupboards and the loft. The Lounge overlooks the front garden and has bi-fold double doors to the dining area. The modern fitted Dining Kitchen is a bright, spacious area with a window and patio doors leading to the rear garden and overlooking the beautiful open countryside beyond. The Kitchen also has an electric hob, oven and extractor hood and space for a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. TRAVEL DIRECTIONS From our office at 20 Northgate, Peebles, proceed to the end of the Northgate and turn and after approximately 200 yards turn right onto Edinburgh Road at the end of which take the third exit off the roundabout onto the Eastgate and High Street. Travel to the end of the High Street, take the second left onto the A72. Turn right onto the A701 signposted Edinburgh, turn left onto Tarth Crescent then right onto Blyth Farm Road and turn right again onto Old Smiddyfield Park.
