" Beautifully presented, spacious, 3 double bedroom, semi detached villa situated in a popular residential area close to Priorsford Primary School. Neutrally decorated and carpeted with oak doors to the ground floor rooms, the accommodation comprises: Hallway, open plan Lounge/ Dining Room, Breakfasting Kitchen, 3 double Bedrooms, Bathroom, Garden.The ground floor offers a lovely, light space for modern living. The Entrance Hallway is a bright open space with a glazed panel to the side of entrance door and gives access to the Lounge, staircase to the upper level and an understair cupboard.
