" Spacious, two double bedroom upper quarter villa situated in a popular residential area in the picturesque Borders town of Peebles. The property has a side entrance and accommodation comprises: Inner Stairway, Hallway, Lounge, Kitchen, Bathroom, two double Bedrooms, large floored and lined loft area and Garden with large timber shed. The Lounge is a bright, well proportioned room with a front aspect, 2 shelved cupboards, a feature fireplace with living flame gas fire and door giving access to one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern wall and base storage units, electric oven, hob and stainless steel hood with a space for a small table and a cupboard housing the gas boiler.
