" We are delighted to bring this wonderful family home to the market, set within a very picturesque and quiet location, the property includes a wonderful suntrap garden and three substantial terraced outbuildings suitable for conversion, all within the North Berwick High School Catchment. The entire Steading development is thoughtfully designed allowing maximum pivacy. The stone chip driveway entered through private gateway sets the tone of the property and allows for ample parking for up to five cars or more. There is a charming pathway leading to the front doorway, decked in seasonal flowers either side and a flower archway that takes you to the front porch. The entrance hallway is good sized, with a cloakroom area ideal for coats and shoes and the other rooms radiate out from here. To the left is the large family dining space with window facing the family garden, with two access points into the generous family lounge, in which features a charming vintage style multi-fuel stove and there is access to a smaller South facing garden via double French doors from the lounge. The kitchen and master bedroom is in the opposite direction of the public rooms. The kitchen is good in size, ample for a family dining area and includes good quality integrated lower and upper kitchen units and Aga stove also used for heating this room and hallway as well as integrated Bosch dishwasher. There is a utility room with integrated Bosch washing machine off the kitchen with a stable door that leads to the patio area in the main garden. The master bedroom is generous in size and has dual aspect windows facing to the North and South and includes a lovely three piece en-suite shower room in white with specially fitted pump for the power shower to ensure a good quality of pressure.
