" Well-presented, three-bedroom, mid-terrace villa in an established residential location in Port Seton, East Lothian. Offering a flexible two-storey floorplan, the accommodation consists of a hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, and bathroom. Tastefully-appointed and in excellent order, the property benefits from gas central heating, uPVC double glazing, TV and telephone points, and good storage space, including a partially floored attic. The property is entered via a welcoming hallway which serves each room on the ground floor, with a stairway to the upper landing. The carpeted living room is bright and spacious, with neutral decor, an electric fireplace, and a full length window overlooking Castle Road to the front. Open plan to the living room, the dining room is similarly finished, with patio doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is also rear-facing and is fitted with white kitchen units with laminate worktops, a stainless-steel sink and has a large store cupboard. Appliances include a freestanding electric cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer. A regular bus service runs along the coast road, with a terminus to the east of the town, whilst on the southern edge of Prestonpans, the rail station offers a swift journey into the centre of Edinburgh.
