" Bright, well-proportioned and tastefully-presented, two-bedroom, semi-detached house on two levels, situated in the quaint Midlothian village of Temple, south of Edinburgh. The accommodation, which is in good order throughout, consists of an entrance hallway, living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Features include double glazing, electric underfloor heating (partial), sanded and varnished floorboards, wood-burning stove, TV and telephone points and good storage provision, including eaves space.
