" Well-presented, modern, two-bedroom, mid-terrace villa, in a quiet, cul-de-sac location in Currie, to the south-west of the city centre. The two-storey accommodation consists of an entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, two double-bedrooms, and shower room. A carpeted entrance hall, with deep understairs cupboard, serves the ground floor rooms, with a carpeted stairway rising to the first-floor landing. A light and well-proportioned, dual-aspect living/dining room has a marble-effect electric fireplace, and patio doors opening to the rear garden. Also with rear garden access, the kitchen is fitted with contemporary units, with laminate worktops, splashback tiling and breakfast bar. Appliances include a gas hob and electric oven with overhead extractor, a freestanding washing machine and a fridge/freezer.
