" CLOSING DATE FRIDAY 15TH APRIL @ 12 NOON. Well-presented and extended, three-bedroom, semi-detached, two-storey house, with an enclosed rear garden, garage, and multi-car driveway, located in a quiet and family-friendly residential area in Currie, south-west of the city centre. The property is accessed via an entrance hall, giving access to the living room, bathroom, and stair to the first floor. The recently-refurbished living room has a window to the front and glazed doors to the dining room, and features quality wood-effect laminate flooring, and an electric fireplace. The newly-laid flooring continues into the bright and open-plan dining room/kitchen, with a large sliding door to the rear garden offering ample natural light, and also a side-access door.
