" An early 19th century Georgian family home positioned on an idyllic Square overlooking St Markβ€˜s Church and totalling near 2,500 sq ft across five floors. The property is Grade II Listed, within a conservation area, and renovated to an exacting standard. Period features retained, blended thoughtfully with expert architectural and interior design. Imposing kerb appeal with repointed brickwork, re-hung sash windows, and Portland stone steps lead through an original front door to a splendid hallway with cornicing and original wood flooring. The raised ground floor is home to the kitchen and dining space featuring cornicing, high ceilings, original wood flooring, marble fireplace sympathetic to the era, sash window overlooking the square, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden. The bespoke kitchen is finished with Buster & Punch handles, Carrera marble worktops, soft close drawers, and built in appliances including a Wolf Cooker. Unobstructed views at either end of the house and a favourable orientation help flood the property with natural light on all floors. To the rear of this floor is a WC with Little Green wallpaper, and access to the landscaped garden, which faces east and reaches over 30 ft. The lower ground floor offers a self-contained flat with Devol kitchenette, again finished with Carrera marble and built in appliances, a separate bedroom and shower room with Fired Earth tiling completing the floor. The flooring here is re-claimed antique French oak chevron, and the entire floor, including the ample vault space, has been tanked and benefits from underfloor heating. There is direct access from the front of the house to the lower ground floor. The first floor landing utility replicates the kitchenette, courtesy of Devol, and offers a delightful view over the garden. The first floor boasts a grand reception room and study. There are dual sash windows with shutters overlooking the square, ornate cornicing, painstakingly restored, and a beautiful ceiling rose. Period features conclude with wood flooring and two fireplaces. The upper floors house three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, meticulously finished, and showcasing yet more period features. Lighting in the stairwell and hallway is courtesy of Jamb and Cole & Sons provide the feature wallpaper in the bedrooms. The main Bathrooms is finished with limestone flooring and a Bette bath tub, while the top floor Jack & Jill features Carrara marble floor tiles and Fired Earth wall tiling. The property offers any buyer a turnkey family home in a premium location.
