The house is located on a very quiet, tree-lined residential road between the vibrant Chatsworth Road and shops and services of Lower Clapton Rd, including the famous Palm 2.?New restaurants and bars are opening every month in the area, so plenty to explore. We are less than a couple of minutes?walk to Millfields Park and the green expanse of the Lea Valley Park and Hackney Marshes.?We are located within an easy stroll of Clapton and Homerton Overground Stations and the buses into the city from Clapton Pond.?For famililes, the house is situated with the catchment for Millfields Community School (Primary) and Clapton Girls (Secondary) and Mossbourne Academy (Secondary).

Spread over 4 floors, the house offers a generous amount of space. The shared living space is?spread over the lower 2 floors,?providing plenty of room to relax. The washing machine and tumble drier are in a utility room, separate from the kitchen and dining room,?so don't disturb daily life. There's also a sink and a toilet in the utility room. The integrated dishwasher in the kitchen is one of the quietest on the market. The living room and dining room both have working open fireplaces which are lovely in winter.?

Neither the back rooms of the house or the garden are overlooked by the houses behind as they have very large gardens so they're a long distance away from the back of the house. This adds to how quiet and peaceful the house feels - a rare thing to find in zone 2! The front of the house is similarly quiet thanks to the lack of traffic. Cars can't get between Lower Clapton Road and Chatsworth Road via Colenso Road so hardly any cars go past.?
