" What a treat! You have to see this property! It’s one of the best I’ve seen! Pulling up to the front of the home the first thing you notice is what a quiet established and attractive road it is, and none of that is lost when you enter the house. The current owners have beautifully renovated this 3 bedroom end of terrace and they have added some fantastic quality fittings. The kitchen has modern units with some integrated appliances to remain, plus the kitchen opens out on to the breakfast room, which over looks the landscaped rear garden. The lounge/diner is decorated to a very high standard and makes a beautiful reception for those traditional fine dining moments with friends and family. One of the focal points of this house is the bathroom, which has been cleverly designed to offer a separate shower cubicle plus a further 3 piece suite complete with a claw grip bath to relax in after those long days at work. With off street parking providing two spaces, gas central heating and brand new double glazing throughout making this house a perfect family home.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this home, we had lots of work to carry out and over the last 4½ years we have replaced the windows, radiators, kitchen, landscaped the garden and created off street parking. But what we are most proud of is the luxury bathroom that we feel is the biggest selling point. We choose this home because of the area and due to the road being so quiet and close to the local schools, parks and the easy access to the main roads for commuting. If it wasn’t that we want to move closer to our family we wouldn’t dream of moving as we love our house and have enjoyed living here.
