Owners Comments We have lived in this house for 27 years and it has been a good family home.

We were initially attracted to this property because of the size of the gardens both front and rear with the added bonus of having an allotment plot immediately adjacent. The fact that we were not overlooked to the front and the rear of the property is a bonus and the land adjacent to Sewardstone Road being incorporated into Lee Valley Parks should maintain that benefit.

We liked the size and spaciousness of the entrance hall with the original oak flooring, we also liked the original leaded windows (which we have retained), we could see the potential of the property and feel that we have made good use of it's possibilities.

The schools in the area were excellent and we feel they have maintained that high standard and our daughter's examination result would tend to support this assertion.

With some regret we are leaving our home but at our time of life our needs have changed and would benefit any family lucky enough to acquire it. Reception 4.22m x 3.86m
