We have been happy living in Walthamstow and are only moving because we have inherited a larger house in another part of the borough. Stirling Road is a quiet road with friendly neighbours. We have lived in street for 28 years and at number 58 for 15 years. It is a perfect family house with a compact garden to the rear that is not overlooked and paved at the front. We have our own driveway and large garage with the added bonus that the road does not have permit parking. We are in the catchment area of Hillyfield Primary Academy School, a twice OFSTED inspected ?outstanding? school, last inspection October 2014. Only 10 minutes walk to Blackhorse Rd Station for the Victoria line for the West End and 15 minutes walk to St James St Station for Overground into Liverpool St for the City. Walthamstow market and town centre is only 15 minutes walk away and the new cinema and restaurants complex in Hoe St is only 20 minutes stroll. We are close to A406 and M11 so we have easy access to the whole of the country and the Eurostar Terminus is only a 15 minutes away on the underground so we are close to Paris to! "
