I am a Newham council licenced landlord and have for rent a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom
flat in a tranquil dockside village very close to West Silvertown DLR. The flat is modern and
floods with light, and the locality has traditional features that reminisce of the shipping industry
of the past.
It features two balconies and a bay window allowing all rooms to have good views of Royal
Victoria Dock, Canary Wharf, the Emirates Cable Car which all look beautiful lit up at sunset.
Significant refurbishment has been recently carried out including; REAL OAK WOOD
FLOORS throughout the flat, NATURAL STONE tiled bathroom with MARBLE finishes and
upgraded heating.

The area is monitored by CCTV from the DLR station (5 min walk),
throughout the village and within the block. Additionally, there is a SECURITY PATROL CAR
service throughout the night and early mornings, making it one of the safest areas to live in East
London. There is a village shop and surgery within a 2 minute walk and there is free resident
street parking in the village. Within 8 minutes there is a supermarket, cafes, bars, restaurants, a
gym, hotels, London City Airport and of course the cable car to Greenwich.
