The accommodation comprises of a living room, kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom. This top floor property also benefits from generous storage and a balcony overlooking the secure communal gardens and the marina opposite.

Internally this apartment is in great condition and full of character. With a gorgeous kitchen and freshly decorated, you'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful flat in this price range. As well as a beautiful view of Canary Wharf, it also has wooden flooring throughout the communal areas. It is a must see.

The bedroom is a good size double room and comes fully furnished with a double bed including bedding if required, two bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a large fitted wardrobe, so is perfect for couples.

The main bathroom has a bath and shower, a basin and WC.

The kitchen/diner is gorgeous and the units are in great condition with plenty of storage and loads of food preparation space. It has all the usual modern conveniences.

The lounge has two x three seater sofas, a TV and makes a great snug. Here you have magnificent views over the marina and the Wharf.

The area is right on the doorstep of Canary Wharf. It is two minutes from Blackwall DLR station (Zone 2), and Canary Wharf station, the central business centre, shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and cinema are all a seven minutes walk away. For trains, tube and buses you are spoilt for choice, and you can be either in the City, West End or Stratford all in about 20 minutes.

Viewing is highly recommended and I'm looking for a non-smoking, easy going professional.
