We have loved our years of living in this flat. The only reason we moved out, temporarily rented it and are now selling is because we've had a change in personal circumstances. We couldn't have asked for a better location, the neighbours in the surrounding properties are lovely and there is a real sense of community amongst them. It's been a brilliant place to raise our son. The property is directly in between both Dawlish Road Primary and Newport Primary, and Sidmouth Park is a beautiful spot just at the top of the road. The ongoing redevelopment of Francis road is two mins walk away and the cricket ground is just at the bottom of the road so you can easily access the multitude of events that take place there throughout the year. It really is a vibrant, upcoming and friendly place to live with a brilliant mixture of the old Leyton and the new.
