" Whipps Cross is steeped in History the origins of the area is dating back to the early 1000's when the area was a farm owned by a farmer called Phipps. The area over his land was then known as Phipps crossing over the years, now known as Whipps Cross. The house is in a beautiful tree lined Edwardian Street, super access into Walthamstow Village, Snaresbrook and Hackney a short way out. Those who like character and style will be very impressed with the high ceilings and size, Fulready Road gives you. The house being semi detached with a ground floor shower & W.C, as well as a large family bathroom to the first floor. If you like cooking, this kitchen would suit any Delia Smith or Gordon Ramsey to do their thing. We have lived here for nearly 30 years and moved from Hackney and have loved every minute of it, and it is close to Walthamstow Village. My children have grown up here so great for schooling, and with the forest at the top of the road its good for school holidays and playing out with friends.We are only moving as our kids have grown up and do not need so much space.It is now someone else's turn to enjoy Fulready Road.
