      The house stands in the centre of this popular South Shropshire village some 12 miles east of Ludlow, and about 13 miles west of Kidderminster with the West Midlands conurbation beyond. Most local facilities in the village are within walking distance including schools, shops, restaurants and inns, all surrounded by picturesque countryside.

      The centrally heated accommodation on three floors is well insulated with secondary glazed windows in most rooms and in some places triple glazed.
