" An elegant and substantial two bedroom split level period conversion situated on one of Sherbornes most prestigious roads, wonderful private garden with large equipped timber cabin.


Flat 2 Pencarrow is one of three apartments occupying the first and second floors of a particularly handsome period building situated on the highly sought after road The Avenue, Sherborne. The apartment was converted in the 1990s and has the advantage of owning a share of the freehold and is also without any listed status.
The building is thought to date back to ? built of natural stone elevations under a tiled roof and features a beautiful turret. The property is split across two floors with the main living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor, which gives a real sense of space.
