18 Marine Parade is a superb three storey townhouse, positioned yards from Lyme Regis seafront and with sea views from the upper floors. Lovingly renovated under the current ownership, the property is presented in very good order throughout, with clear consideration for seaside living in mind. It offers versatile accommodation, whereby any number of the rooms could be used for various purposes, and which would be ideally suited as a second home or holiday let, although the property has been a family home for the past few years.

The accommodation includes a delightful kitchen diner, with access through to a lounge reception, and steps leading to a further dining area and cloakroom and staircase leading to the first floor. Lyme Regis is a picturesque coastal town noted for its many character buildings, centuries old Cobb Harbour and unspoilt surrounding countryside. The town centre provides good shopping facilities for day to day needs and the larger centres of Taunton and Exeter are both about 28 miles away. There is a main line railway station at Axminster 6 miles inland . In Lyme Regis there is also a sailing club, bowls, golf course, theatre and numerous local societies. The town is situated on the beautiful and unspoilt Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coast awarded World Heritage Site status by UNESCO in December 2001.
