" A very well presented and spacious 2 bedroom ground floor flat with communal garden and residents' parking, just a walk away to the town centre.

SITUATION:  31 Arrowfield Road is situated opposite the corner shop along Alexandra Road which lies on the south western side of the town, with the leisure centre, primary school and walks along side the river and into the town centre.  The centre of the town affords a wide range of shops, art centre, Electric Palace, community theatre and Bucky Doo Square which hosts a range of bands and other entertainers. 

The coast at West Bay is easily reached some 2 miles to the south straight across the fields and has the benefit of a fishing harbour, beaches, access along the coastal paths along the Jurassic Coastline and a golf course.

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies some 15 miles to the east with its mainline rail station to London, Waterloo and connecting bus services from Bridport.
