SITUATION:  The property enjoys an attractive garden site with views mainly east over the surrounding countryside.  Within the village there is a parish church, local inn and village hall plus there is a further range of facilities available at Burton Bradstock on the famous Heritage Coastline about 2.5 miles distant. The larger centres of Bridport and Dorchester, the County Town, are about 4 and 15 miles respectively.
