" A 2 bedroom first floor seaside apartment with stunning sea/cliff views to the front and countryside views to the rear, situated in the heart of West Bay

SITUATION:  The property is situated close to the western promenade across which is the sea and pebble beach and which gives access to the cliff-top walks along the Jurassic Coastline which now has World Heritage status and which has been famed by the recent Broadchurch TV series.  

The facilities at West Bay are all within easy level walk and include the fishing/boating harbour, range of restaurants and eateries, art gallery and amusements.  The area provides for a wide variety of water sports and countryside sports and there is a golf course on East Cliff.

The market town of Bridport lies some 2 miles to the north with its comprehensive range of mainly independent shops boosted by a twice-weekly street market, fortnightly farmers' and artisan's market, studios, art centre and community theatres, museum, modern medical centre and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool.  There is a huge range of activities, clubs and opportunities on offer.

Furthermore, there are bus services to West Bay and along the coast, together with connecting services to Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, where there is a main line rail service to London Waterloo.
