" A spacious 3 bedroom detached bungalow with scope for improvement within walking distance of Bridport town centre, supermarkets and schools and with close-by walks across meadows. No forward chain.

SITUATION:  No 39 Jessopp Avenue is located on the lower slope of Jessopp Avenue within walking distance of riverside walks to Co-op and Lidl Supermarkets and into the town centre approximately 1 mile distant, together with easy access to local primary schools and secondary schools.  The town centre affords a range of mainly independent shops, medical centre, dentists, arts centre, Electric Palace Community Theatre and Cinema and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool.

There are walk and cycle ways into the coastal village of West Bay some 2 miles to the south giving access to the South West Coastal Path along the Jurassic Coastline, a fishing harbour and golf course on east cliff.  

A bus stop on the A35 has a regular bus service to Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, some 14 miles to the east where there is a mainline rail service to London, Waterloo and the main County Hospital.

BEDROOM 1:  A double bedroom with bay window to the front facing west and enjoying views to the distant hillsides, built-in wardrobes with dressing table and two matching bedside drawer units.  Radiator.
BEDROOM 2:  Another double bedroom with window to the rear, built-in wardrobe with sliding doors with shelf and hanging rail fitted.  Radiator.
BEDROOM 3:  A further double sized bedroom with window to the rear aspect, radiator.
FAMILY BATHROOM with bath fitted into recessed alcove, separate shower cubicle with Thermo Shower facility, pedestal wash basin and WC.  Obscure glazed window to the side.  Fitted vinyl flooring and radiator.

OUTSIDE 
There are open plan mainly lawned gardens to the front with a driveway leading to the garage providing parking.  There are pathways either side of the property leading to the rear garden  which faces mainly east and enjoys good southerly sunshine too, providing a paved patio with steps up to a lawned area with well-established shrubs and conifers.
