SITUATION:  Jessopp Avenue is an established residential area with walks along the riverside and open countryside close by.  The property lies on a bus route into the centre of Bridport which lies about 1 mile distant.  There is a good range of shopping facilities in the town centre together with a twice-weekly street market and social amenities including an art centre, tennis and bowling clubs and a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool.
