" An attractive Grade II Listed red brick terraced cottage in South Street, within walking distance of the town centre and markets. The accommodation is set over three floors and comprises sitting room with Inglenook fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, first floor bedroom and w.c. and second floor bedroom. Outside, there is a good sized store room/workshop and a surprisingly large garden for the size of the property, which is currently used for growing produce (very successfully). The garden is attached to the house and does not have a shared access or footpath crossing over it. There are lovely views from the top floor window across the garden to the hills and Bothenhampton.
