SITUATION: The property is approached off Barrack Street through a shared pedestrian passageway within seconds- walk of the High Street with a local convenience store and restaurants close by together with a wide variety of independent and larger shops, churches and social amenities. Bridport has a twice-weekly street market, museum, Electric Palace community theatre/cinema, Science and Literacy Institute, art centre, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool and there are many clubs and organisations providing for a wide variety of interests.

The surrounding countryside offers many cycling and walking opportunities with connecting paths to the coastal resort of West Bay where there is a harbour, beaches and access to the Jurassic Coastline and South West Coastal Path.

THE PROPERTY comprises a period semi-detached cottage and is probably one of the smallest and quaintest in Bridport. It has solid walls, mainly rendered and whitewashed, under a slate roof and offers virtually one up/one down accommodation and has the benefit of full gas-fired central heating and some double-glazing. The property is approached via a passageway off Barrack Street leading to a wooden pedestrian gate which opens to a small high-fenced yard area ideal for those wanting a small easily maintained outside space and there is a small wooden store/potting shed.
