" This charming mid terraced cottage is situated in the heart of the old village of Bradpole close to the local shop and post office. The accommodation offers two bedrooms, re-fitted bathroom, sitting room, dining room, re-fitted kitchen and an additional spacious reception room which could be used as an office or further living space. The rear garden is of a good size and split into two areas by a path, with a small seating area beside the house and the main garden enclosed by a screening hedge. The property benefits from uPVC double glazing and electric heating and is well presented throughout.
