From The Esplanade head North following the B3155 over Radipole Lake bridge. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Westwey Road and follow the A354 for approximately 0.9 miles. Turn left onto Binceleaves Road. The house is found a short drive on the left hand side.

Location
Bincleaves Road is an exclusive Weymouth tree lined road. Locality is within a few mintues walk of stunning coastline views and the Harbourside with all of the cafes, bistros and eateries nearby as well as the fashionable Marina and Brewers Quay. Brewers Quay is a converted Victorian Brewery near the Old Harbour in Weymouth. To the front of Brewers Quay is Hope Square. Nearby coastal walks are towards Bincleaves Green, Nothe Forte and Weymouth beaches. Activities to participate locally are sailing, golf, kite surfing, diving, fishing and coastal exploration.
