Vendors Comments
"This is a lovely house in the perfect area if you want to be close to town, yet be away from the crowds. I've owned the house for 20 years and throughout that time it has served me very well. I have brought my three children up here, let the flats and received a very good income. When my children were teenagers they loved the fact that they could walk into town, meet their friends and not have to worry about buses and taxis, they even had the luxury of a bedroom each. It is a large, light and airy house and all the rooms are a good size. The garden is a manageable size and very private too. Parking for two cars is a real bonus, I even got three small cars on the drive at one point! This is a good residential area at what I would say is the 'quieter' end of Newstead Road. When my children left home I got a very good income from the house - one chap was here for 5 years, I thought he had taken root. Sadly I am having to sell this as I am now working in Dorchester and my younger son goes to school there too. I just wish I could put it on wheels and take it with me".
