This fabulous three bedroom link detached house has an abundance of positive features such as sea views from the garden and especially from the first floor with excellent visibility across Weymouth bay and Portland Harbour. Also to the ground floor the property has a kitchen/breakfast room with an adjoining utility room as well as a dining room and an additional large sitting room which opens to a Westerly rear garden. To the first floor there are three rooms, one enjoying views over the garden with views towards Portland, another to the front with views towards the cliffs heading off towards Lulworth. As well as being double glazed and centrally heated the third room offers a guest room or office space to the first floor ideal for a family or downsizing couple. There is a garage in a block which is away from the property but still convenient. The property is situated in a well located and popular part of Preston, Weymouth.

Directions
From the Esplanade in Weymouth head East towards Greenhill/B3155. Continue on Greenhill passing the Sea Life Centre and premier inn on the left hand side.
