Owners Comments
Broadmayne is a friendly village community with a village pub, village stores, primary school and church. There are also a number of societies and clubs within the village. Primrose Path is conveniently located for all the village amenities as well as the open countryside. The house is in a quiet position and enjoys stunning rural views front and back. There are many beautiful walks immediately outside the front door. Both neighbours are friendly and cooperative. The location of the garage has never caused an issue. There is a private parking space for Primrose Path in front of the garage. I have looked into the possibility of making a hard standing parking area in front of the house, in line with the neighbour's parking area at 10c. Local builders reported that there would be no problem in constructing this.
