" A very attractive flat-fronted period cottage of rendered elevations under a tiled roof in the tranquil village of Toller Porcorum. The accommodation comprises generous open plan sitting room with dining area and cosy multi-fuel stove. An inner lobby leading to the kitchen makes good use of the understairs space with a walk-in larder/storage space. The kitchen has a large window with deep tiled sill affording extra space. The ground floor bathroom has a fitted power shower over the bath. From the kitchen a part glazed door leads to a side terrace and garden . Upstairs are two bedrooms and separate W.C. with wash hand basin. The rear garden has been cleverly landscaped with steps leading to paved terrace for table and chairs and paths between the large flower and shrub beds and vegetable garden. The pebbled side return has a second shed along with oil tank and coal bunker. There is an outside tap and electric socket.
